At Advanced Aesthetics Institute of Arizona our mission is to properly train our future Aestheticians to be aesthetically educated, highly sought after, competent, and knowledgeable within the Aesthetics Industry upon graduation. Our real life Aesthetics environment allows for a hands on approach for future Aestheticians; giving students the option to begin independent careers or compete for top notch aesthetics positions upon state licensure. We believe in providing Aesthetics services and education to both rural and urban communities.

Advanced Aesthetics Institute of ArizonaAdvanced Aesthetics Institute of Arizona was founded by Crystal Steed Rose in 2025 to give students an enhanced approach at learning advanced aesthetics in a real life working environment. After several years of Aesthetics Education, Aesthetics businesses, and training practices in the aesthetics industry across the country, Crystal saw a lack of education with real world experience being provided to students which limited students abilities to gain competitive employment and provide adequate safety measures for both new Aestheticians and clients directly out of school.She also saw the need for rural communities to have the same services and educational opportunities as urban communities. By bringing Advanced Aesthetics Institute of Arizona to Crystal’s rural hometown she is able to provide services conveniently to those that do not have the ability to travel for services or education.Advanced Aesthetics education is now provided to rural high school students, working adults, and anyone in between that live in a rural community, without the added stress, of driving to an urban area to continue their education or seek needed services. This approach allows for the community to access advanced services during the students clinical rotations at a reduced price and allows for students to learn and perform advanced services that are provided in high end urban Aesthetics practices.The school is also a working Aesthetics Clinic when not providing education to students. The community benefits by having access to services six days a week and the students benefit by being immersed in an actual clinical setting everyday during their education.Our 2,700sqft facility provides a clinical environment that caters to both the students and clients. Students will become familiar with both front and back end working environments, separate treatment rooms, open floor treatment area for practice purposes on non-client clinical days, safety requirements, sanitation requirements, and thorough documentation.
